Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! How is it already February?? Tis the season of love! Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day or Galtentine’s Day (for all my single girls out there) it’s an excuse to dress up and wear something pink or red and eat a lot of chocolate. Ok, let’s be real it’s only about the chocolate.
This girly feminine dress from Apricot Lane is my perfect of the occasion. Coming from a modest girl, you won’t catch me in a bodycon and stilettos. I feel more myself in a girly flowy dress. This cape like dress is BEAUTIFUL in the wind and gives so much movement when you walk, plus who doesn’t want a cape? The soft pale pink isn’t overly Valentines-y but it is complementary to so many complexions.
Along with Valentine’s Day, this dress would be a gorgeous bridesmaids dress. Now that I am in full wedding mode that’s all I think about! I chose to pair this look with a bold crystal statement earring and keep everything else minimal with with no other jewelry.
Jared and I don’t have any Valentine’s Day plans yet, knowing us we’ll just go to dinner and then relax just the two of us.
