Hello October! Where in the world did September go! Normally I am a spring kind of girl, but since moving to Northwest Arkansas I am ready to embrace fall. Throughout the month of September I picked up a lot of new favorites. I’ve never done a blog like this, but I thought I’d share what I was really into.
1. Straight Hair
Randomly one morning before work I switched up my hair routine and decided to straighten it. I haven’t straightened my hair in probably 3 years, so I’m not sure what came over me, but I am really liking it. I feel like it gives me a different edgier look.
2. Cheetah Loafers
You guys know I am all about the loafer trend right now and these cheetah ones from Charming Charlie are an everyday staple.
A few days ago I shared on my Instagram story about these Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookies from Whole Foods and holy cow these things are good! For my 90’s girls they taste exactly like Dunkaroos. I may or may not have eaten the whole box in one day.
4. 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman
Our small group at church is currently studying the 5 Love Languages book by Gary Chapman and it is so interesting, I am learning so much about my self and about Jared. Let me know if you want a more comprehensive blog about it!
5. 73 Questions with Zach Efron
Vogue has a killer YouTube page and I LOVE their 73 questions series and as High School Musical fan I practically squealed when I saw they did one with Zach Efron. It’s a little cheesy but it’s high quality content.
I definitely plan on dedicating a whole blog post, but I recently have been fed up with my skin. It’s been breaking out like crazy and I finally broke down and bought Tula Skincare and I have seen an immediate improvement.
A while back I bought these Ray Bans and I definitely wasn’t paying attention when I ordered them, because I didn’t realize they were green lenses. I don’t think they go with every outfit, but every once in a while they complete the look.
8. Pumpkin Spice Lattes
If you remember my Fall Bucket List post a few weeks back, I shared that I wanted to learn to like coffee. Well I have fully embraced the PSL. I have ventured out, but I am definitely on my way to liking coffee.
