One of my favorite things to plan for Dinsey trips is what I am going to wear. I love to shop small businesses and have coordinating ears, so of course, this trip was no different. Check out my full trip recap here, but I feel like my Disney outfits need a separate appreciation post!
November 2021 Disney Outfit Recap
Before diving into what I actually wore, let’s take a look at what I planned to wear for each day! I find it’s easiest to make collages of my outfits to help me pack and also help me get an idea of how everything will look. As you’ll see things slightly differed from what I actually packed and wore.
Disney Springs
For travel/Disney Springs I kept easy with a sweatshirt and high-waisted light wash jeans! I had a celebration tee on under the sweatshirt from Park Princess Co but it was so cold I had to layer a sweatshirt and denim jacket over it.
I made this sweatshirt with my Cricut but got the sweatshirt from Target. Also, I love to bring a fanny pack so I don’t have to bring my big backpack to Disney Springs. My ears are old from Disneyland back in 2018.
Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom I changed my mind about 50 times on what I wanted to wear, but I ended up making a shirt on my Cricut and it was still a little chilly so I threw on my same jeans as well as a sweatshirt and denim jacket. I also wore my ears from the previous night in Disney Springs.
Magic Kingdom
For my castle pictures, I thought go big or go home and went with my Hill House x Bridgerton dress. It went perfectly with Cinderalla’s castle plus Ariel and Snow White said like my dress so I think it was worth it.
I also spent WAY too much money on these beautiful ears but it was also worth it! They are so unique and detailed.
Hollywood Studios
I think this was my favorite outfit I wore because it was comfortable but still cute and gave total Minnie vibes! I spent a long time rhinestone-ing my sunglasses but I am obsessed with how they turned out! You’ll see I originally had black sneakers planned but went with my white ones because they were a lot more comfortable and went with more!
Epcot
I had to start off in my Frozen sweatshirt with “fancy” ears and then had my Paris shirt on underneath, which I also made on my Cricut. It was pretty hot this day so I went with a skort and I am really glad I did!
I also think these Remy ears are too cute!
Very Merriest After Hours
I am anti-matching shirts for Disney but we did think it would be fun to match for the After Hours so I made us these festive shirts that have all of the lands in Magic Kingdom. To stay in the Christmas spirit I put my Hollywood Studios ears back on!
Bracelets:
I decided to wear an old magic band because I loved it so much but I spruced it up a little with some rhinestones I found off Etsy. They were actually a sticker but I added a dot of E6000 glue on it to keep it in place. I also went with my waterproof Budha bangles on the same arm as my magic band.
I found this fun Apple Watch strap on Etsy that was perfect my trip! They had tons of options and was a fun little touch! I also snagged a few bracelets from Golden Thread that were perfect! Jenn, the owner, is also a fellow Disney lover!
Patch Jacket:
I made this fun denim jacket filled with patches for my last trip so of course, I brought it along this time. You can read all about how I made it here, but it was a lot colder this time so I got to wear it a lot more!
Check out all of the details on my DIY backpack here.
