It’s an arm party and you’re invited! I love stacking bracelets to create a layered look. You layer your clothes so why not layer your jewelry? I have recently been getting a lot of comments on my bracelets and How To Stack Bracelets so thought I would share my tips and tricks.
How To Stack Bracelets
Layering your jewelry isn’t always as easy as throwing a bunch bracelets on your arm and out the door. I like to have my “go to” stack for when I am in a hurry but I’m an organization freak so there has to be some consistency or pattern for me. Below is several example stacks with the theme behind each one. Hopefully, these tips give you some stacking style!
Keep it simple and try keeping everything in the same color scheme! If your a beginner, start with 3 then build from there. If you have a small wrist as I do, look for elastic bracelets. This one with the tassel from 28four Jewelry looks like a bangle but is actually elastic.
Scared to mix metals? Find pieces with two tones and then build off of that!
Keep it interesting with a pop of color! Try putting the pop of color in the middle and tone it down with basic pieces surrounding it. And I mean every Texas girl has to have a little Turquoise, right?
Glam it up with gold! Gold is my go to and when I want a heavy stack I reach for these pieces. Have one chunky piece to balance out the lighter ones! Personally, I like to work in odds so a small stack for me is 3 and big stack is 5… I’ve never been brave enough to try 7!Let the watch steal the show. I know some girls throw on several bracelets with their watch but when I wear a watch I like to keep it a max of 2 bracelets. The thinner bracelets compliment the focus of the watch without being too overbearing.
Stacking too overwhelming? Find a bracelet like this one that has the illusion of multiple bracelets. It’s a quick no brainer and an easy grab and go!
So are you an queen stacker or a nubie? Do you like yo layer it or keep it simple?
