A few months back I shared how I applied peel and stick wallpaper to my office, well flash forward 3 months and I have an office makeover update.
Office Makeover Update
On May 9th, I shared my beautiful wallpaper process which I was completely obsessed with. I completed it the weekend before and could NOT wait to share it y’all.
Then Jared and I went out of town Memorial Day weekend and came home to this…
All of the wallpaper just completely fell off the wall…WHAT?! In short, I was not happy. One, it took a ton of work, and two, I NEVER want to share something with y’all that I am not 100% behind. I would be so sad if you bought something with your own money and it turned out horrible.
So I debated what I was going to do for a long. Initially, I stuck it back up (see below) because I was in denial, but it was all wrinkly and just kept falling down so I just ultimately took it all down.
I knew I wanted a clothing rack and just had this for a long time, then one Saturday out of boredom I decided to do an impromptu gallery wall. I had no process or plan, just started hanging things up that I already had and I am SO happy with how it turned out.
Most of the prints came from Minted and they were very affordable. The frames are a hodge-podge mix of antique frames, Target frames, and Ikea frames.
I finally feel like my office is decorated again and I LOVE it!

Ah such a bummer about the wallpaper! I was considering doing that in my new apartment but temporary wallpaper is SO expensive. Love your gallery wall though! I might do a large one instead like you did.
