Last weekend was supposed to be one of my closest girlfriends bachelorette parties. We had everything planned to go down to a few wineries and celebrate her. Unfortunately, due to everything that’s happening we had to postpone. We knew she was going to be extra bummed, so we decided to throw her a virtual bachelorette party.
How To Throw A Virtual Bachelorette Party
She thought she was doing a Zoom call with a few of her bridesmaids, but the whole bridal party and some other girls who were invited to the bachelorette party were on the video call ready to surprise her when she logged on.
We really wanted her to feel extra special, so I worked with Sprinkled with Pink which is the ultimate personalization boutique to pull together some fun goodies to surprise her.
The Matron of Honor and I decked out her front door while her fiancé made up an excuse to leave the house. Sprinkled with Pink (Use code ANGELA for 10% off) made it so easy to have everything ready to go with their Virtual Bachelorette Party bundle.
We added two bottles of rosé because no bachelorette party is complete without wine and the Matron of Honor had printed everyone’s favorite photo with the bride and clipped them to the wreath on her front porch.
When the bride pulled up to her house she said she just started balling. Although it wasn’t the way she imagined her bachelorette party we were happy to cheer her up a little.
Sprinkled with Pink also provided a custom Zoom background (how fun?!), a digital download with games to play on the call and drink recipes. They have thought of everything and if your bride isn’t local you can ship it directly to them to celebrate her from afar. They also have goodies for the bride tribe if everyone wants some fun items to celebrate alongside the bride.
This isn’t your typical bachelorette party but this is what 2020 looks like unfortunately, and my heart goes out to all of these brides trying to celebrate during this health crisis. This was such a fun and easy way to cheer our bride up and I recommend doing the same for your bride girlfriends.
