Y’all I just got word from Lilly Pulitzer, they are having their FIRST EVER Summer Sale with pieces up to 60% off! The Lilly Pulitzer Dress For Summer Sale will be this Monday, June 29th-Tuesday, June 30th! Historically Lilly Pulitzer only has two sales a year the After Party Sale in the fall (August-September timeframe) and Winter (January timeframe), but for the first time ever they are launching a 2 day flash sale to stock up on summer items.

The best part about this sale is you can shop and wear the items immediately. With the After Party Sale, it’s in Lilly offseason so unless you have a beach vacay planned you have to wait to wear your new pieces.
The Dress for Summer Sale will begin on Monday, June 29th at around 8 AM ET and end at 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, June 30th.
Similar to the After Party Sale there will be a virtual line to get into the sale. The past few APS the line has gone pretty quick. If you aren’t familiar with the virtual line it’s exactly how it sounds. At 8 AM-ish when the “doors” open everyone is placed in line and they let about 200 people into the sale at a time. You are timed while in the sale so you have to shop quickly, typically they allot you about 20 minutes, but don’t worry I have some tips to make shopping easier! After you check out you are placed at the end of the line if you want to shop again.
We typically see new product releases throughout the After Party Sale and a new release on the second day of the sale. I can’t confirm if this will be the case for the Lilly Pulitzer Dress for Summer Sale but I would imagine they are following a similar strategy.
In the past, the After Party Sale only contained pieces from past seasons, collections, and prints, but the Dress for Summer Sale includes pieces from items currently in season and available on the website.

Tips for Shopping Sales at Lilly Pulitzer
1. Know your size
If this is your first time shopping with Lilly Pulitzer I recommend taking a look at my comprehensive sizing guide here to have an idea of what size you’ll need. All sales will be final so when in doubt I recommend sizing up.
2. Arrive to the sale early
The sale begins at 8 am ET, but I would get on the site a little bit early so you are ready to go and can be in the virtual line. (Note: The site will likely be down to LP prepping so the site doesn’t crash due to traffic volume.
3. There’s a virtual line
Once you get your number DO NOT REFRESH YOUR PAGE. Otherwise, you’ll get booted to the back of the line and lose your spot!
4. Create a user profile with your card on file
Just because you have items in your cart doesn’t mean they are safe, people can still purchase them. Having your account ready to go will ensure fast easy checkout.
5. Make several orders
If you see something, purchase right away. Things sell out super quickly so you don’t want to even spend more than a few minutes searching/shopping.
