It’s a little hard to dress for fall when it is 90+ degrees outside. It’s September, so I feel like I should be wearing riding boots or at least wearing a cardigan, but in Texas that clearly isn’t the case. I have listed some tips below on How To Dress For Fall When It Still Feels Like Summer.
How To Dress For Fall When It Still Feels Like Summer
1. A SUPER easy way to transition to the fall is to wear jewel tone colors. Below I am wearing a jewel tone top from Francesca’s Collection and it’s super breezy and light-weight but the color instantly make it look perfect for fall.
2. Another easy way to “fall-ify” your wardrobe (and yes, I just made that up) is with suede shoes. Whether it’s suede booties or suede pumps it’s an go to fall shoe.
3. Lastly, jeans! More importantly dark jeans. I love my light washed boyfriend jeans but I think it’s time to retire them for the season. Dark jeans just give that warmth and “heaviness” to your overall look making you look ready to sip PSL and play in the leaves.

I wish the weather would change here in Texas, because I am not a huge fan of summer. I absolutely love your choices! The top is beautiful.
