Our Thanksgivings are very casual but sometimes dressing casual is difficult so I wanted to share some Thanksgiving outfit inspiration. This year my family is joining my in-laws at their lake house in Hot Springs for one big happy Thanksgiving. This isn’t the first time we’ve done this so I know what to expect and luckily my family gets along great with my in-laws.
Thanksgiving Outfit Inspiration
Since everyone will just be hanging out being pretty low maintenance and chill I don’t want to be that person in the family. You know the one in full glam and dressed nicer than everyone else…even though this is me 99% of the time which I’ve accepted, I still try to keep it low maintenance…at least low maintenance for me.
Sweater (Under $50)| Jeans (Under $50) | Hat | Loafers
I have been obsessed with hats lately and on Thanksgiving day I know the last thing I’ll want to do spend 30 minutes doing my hair so a hat is going to be perfect!
Comfort is key on Thanksgiving and this chenille color block sweater and button front jeans are just about the comfiest thing I own. I love the colors in this sweater because it screams fall. These jeans a looser fitting style so they are very comfortable but still look stylish with the button front detailing.
Lastly, I’ll probably be wearing fuzzy socks but I love the pop of cheetah with the loafers for something a little different.
You really can’t go wrong with a hat, chunky chenille sweater and boyfriend style jeans this Thanksgiving.
