Southern Proper Headquarters Visit in Atlanta, GA

Jared and I had the privilege and honor to visit Atlanta last weekend and meet with the Southern Proper team. Man, did they treat us like royalty! The whole team was waiting for us at the airport even the founder, Emmie Howard. From the moment we met, it seemed like we had been longtime friends.

The day of Southern Proper activities included their Fall 2015 reveal, bourbon tasting, Spring 2016 sneak peek and brainstorming session, followed by an AMAZING dinner at KR Steak Bar. There were several other bloggers in attendance and it was so exciting to get to meet the people behind some of my favorite blogs like Carly from The College Prepster and Jessica from Bows and Sequins.

In the past, Southern Proper has only offered Men’s clothing and accessories, even though many girls are known for buying their shirts and pullovers, but they are officially going to start offering a women’s line for Fall 2015. I cannot be more excited after seeing some of the great pieces they will have available. The best part for you thrifty girls like me is that they are going to try and keep all the pieces under $100. So keep your eye out for the upcoming pieces and don’t hesitate to order them because they are going to fly off the racks!

Everyone from the Southern Proper team was so hospitable. Emmie is so down to earth and caring. She truly wants to help everyone she can succeed, which is a very rare character trait in today’s society. She is a definite role model for me. Southern Proper is a wonderful company and an amazing team. I can’t thank them enough for this experience.
