In honor of the Lilly Pulitzer sale today I wanted to share two ways to style one dress. A super easy Spring casual look and a dressier look for date night or a brunch with the girls.
Lilly Pulitzer Dress Styled 2 Ways
Unfortunately, this exact dress isn’t included in the sale but there are some very similar to it. Plus, Lilly Pulitzer typically sends a coupon out post-sale so if you still have your eye on it wait until that coupon hits your inbox and then splurge!
Dress Down
The easiest way to dress down any Lilly Pulitzer dress is with a denim jacket and sneakers. If you don’t have a classic pair of white sneakers in your closet, you need to get some for Spring and Summer. They go with everything and add a crisp clean yet still casual style to any outfit. I own a few different pairs but my go-to for Lilly is these white keds.
This denim jacket is a twist on a classic with a personalized monogram added to the back. This is completely customizable and so unique. I went with pink, of course, but you can really do any style. Check out more here! I always cuff my denim jacket sleeves for a more stylized lived-in look. This makes it more casual and intentionally styled.
To add a little more pattern play to this pink outfit I went with these pink gingham earrings from Canvas Style I feel like it totally adds to the outfit and since the print is pretty minimal it doesn’t compete with the bold Lilly pattern.
And for a few more touches I threw my hair back in a low bun with a pearl hairband and tossed on my favorite pair of sunnies!
Dressed Up
To dress up this flowy dress I wanted it to be the star of the show. I love the sleeve details so I wanted that to have its moment.
I opted for some nude heeled sandals to elongate my legs and not distract from the print. I also pulled out the hot pink in the print with this rattan and pink tote. The gold palm tree on the tote really pulls the look together.
Lastly, I let my hair down and let a pair of pearl hoop earrings peak through for a little embellishment.
I love both looks and just because it’s a bold dress doesn’t mean you can’t wear it multiple ways. With both of these ways to style it is appropriate for so many different life occasions from date night to brunch to bridal or baby showers really the possibilities are endless.
Which look is your favorite? Let me know in the comments below!

I just love your jacket with the pink stripe. I’ve never seen anything like it. I shopped the sale and scored some good things! Unneeded but good lol. Thanks for sharing early!
