Pairing a dress with tights and heels is an easy way to dress it up for the winter. I love a bright colored coat for winter. Everyone goes for the obvious grey or black, but why not stand out in the dreary winter colors with a bright blue or yellow coat!
I chose to play off the blue, but if you did pair it with a white coat or wanted to keep with the all-black theme you could throw on some red lipstick for a dressy look. This look is perfect for a holiday office party or a trip to the Nutcracker.
