It has been so tricky for me to find jeans lately. I’ve been straying further and further away from skinny jeans but I just haven’t found that perfect pair until now! I’ve had a few pairs of Free Assembly jeans in the past and I’ve always been impressed so I was excited to try out the Free Assembly Women’s Cropped Wide High-Rise Straight Jeans from Walmart. Here’s my honest review of these jeans.
Free Assembly Walmart Jeans Review
When I received these jeans, my first impression was that they looked and felt great. They feel like true thick stiff denim which I love over a stretchy cheap jegging material. The high-rise waistband and cropped length were both on-trend and flattering. The wide-leg silhouette was also a nice change from my previous go to skinny jeans.
I ordered my usual size (size 12), and I found that the jeans fit true to size. In the past, I had found Free Assembly ran small but I think they’ve fixed their sizing issues over the last year or so. The high-rise waistband was comfortable and didn’t dig into my skin. The wide-leg silhouette was relaxed but still had a flattering shape. For my 5’2″ frame they were the perfect length and not too wide leg where it was overwhelming. The cropped length hit me just above the ankle, which is perfect for showing off a cute pair of shoes.
These jeans were surprisingly comfortable. I wore the whole I was in Dallas and even on 2 4-hour car rides with no problem! The high-rise waistband also added to the overall comfort level and kept me sucked in and secure but still comfortable. These have very quickly become my everyday pair of jeans.
The denim fabric of these jeans felt sturdy and durable. The stitching was neat and well-done, which gave the jeans a polished look. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the branded buttons and pockets.
At the time of writing this review, these jeans are priced at around $30. I think this is a great value for the quality and style of the jeans. They are comparable to more expensive designer jeans but at a fraction of the cost. These jeans give me major Madewell vibes for a whole lot less!
I was really impressed with the Free Assembly Women’s Cropped Wide High-Rise Straight Jeans from Walmart. They looked great, fit well, were comfortable to wear, and were high-quality. I would definitely recommend these jeans to anyone looking for an affordable and stylish addition to their wardrobe. For $30 and Walmart’s great return policy, it doesn’t hurt to give them a try if you are in the market for new jeans.
