Last week, Jared and I officially closed on our house! YAY! I had to make one last trip to Fayetteville, Arkansas to clean up, grab a few things and sign the paperwork. I was planning on staying with a friend while I was in town but with everything happening, I decided it would be best to stay at an Airbnb. I booked through a local vacation rental company called Cohobnb and they did not disappoint! Keep reading for more details on the best Airbnb in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The Best Airbnb in Fayetteville Arkansas
I had actually stayed at the SoFay Farmhouse by Cohobnb a few months back for a local Bachelorette party, so I was familiar with the property and so excited to stay again. The SoFay Farmhouse is absolutely stunning and definitely embraces the farmhouse vibe and it’s only $119 a night. I definitely think Chip and Jo would approve!
Even though it was just me it does sleep a total of ten comfortably. I enjoyed the master suite all to myself complete with a full bathtub, deluxe shower, and, of course, a TV. Y’all know how much I love watching TV in bed when I travel! I was in much need of an oasis with all of the stress of the house closing process.
The SoFay Farmhouse from Cohobnb featured 3 huge HDTVs (Full Cable & Netflix), a patio with rocking chairs, BBQ grill, cozy reading & lounging areas, kid cubbies & vintage video games like Nitendo64. It also had a stunning kitchen with all new appliances.
Like I mentioned I was traveling alone but on my last night in town, I hosted some of my girlfriends for a final farewell pizza and wine night. There were 9 of us total and everyone had plenty of space to spread out and eat and socialize. This was the perfect space to get everyone together safely and say my final goodbyes!

Cohobnb Experience
A few weeks ago, Jared and I traveled to Houston to find a new place to live. While we were there we had a less than pleasant experience with Airbnb. Cohobnb is a locally owned vacation rental property company with amazing prices and outstanding customer service. When I think privately owned I think expensive but all of their properties are very comparable.
From the minute I confirmed my booking to checking out they made the whole process seamless. The check-in was very clear and concise and delivered well in advance of my arrival. I even checked in an hour early and they were very accomodating.
It was wonderful booking with actual people I could email back and forth with if there was an issue or question.
We have plans to go back to Northwest Arkansas for a wedding and we will definitely be booking with Cohobnb again! And if you have a bachelorette party, an upcoming trip or staycation I would definitely recommend booking through Cohobnb as well!

We have an Upcoming Abnb in the Jasper Ark. area. We are shooting for October 1st 2023. Do you ever get this way to stay in cabins.
I would love for you to come stay in the cabin and see what it’s all about and maybe it will be worthy of you mentioning it in n one of your blogs.
I want to promote the cabin to be a cozy retreat for couples.
