Pineapple Mule

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 2 Oz Vodka
  • 3 Oz DOLE Pineapple Juice
  • 6 Oz Chilled Ginger Beer
  • Half a lime (squeezed)
  • Fresh + bruised mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pour chilled vodka and pineapple juice over ice.
  • Top it off with ginger beer.
  • Squeeze in half a lime to taste and garnish with bruised mint leaves. You can simply clap your hands together with the mint inside if you don’t have a muddler!
  • Of course, top it off with some freshly sliced pineapple.
