Last weekend, I gathered together all of my local blogger and Instagram girlfriends and threw the ultimate Galentine’s Day party. Traditionally, February 14th has been all about Valentine’s Day and celebrating love with your significant other but the tides have turned and now it’s all about Galentine’s Day. This is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the amazing, powerful gals in your life.
According to Leslie Knope (the official Galentine’s Day founder), Galentine’s Day is on February 13 and while it may not actually be on the official calendar, it’s the perfect excuse to celebrate friendship.
There is no right or wrong way to celebrate Galentine’s Day but in my opinion, what better way to celebrate girls than with brunch? So grab your gal pals and save the date for February 13th (you can always celebrate a little earlier) for the ultimate Galentine’s Day party.
The Ultimate Galentine’s Day Party
Decor
Of course, I went with a pink and red heart theme for the party because, duh…Valentine’s Day! I am so thankful for my local party supply store Presley Paige and their party room for hosting us. There is nothing worse than hosting a party at your house. You not only have to decorate and cook but also clean your whole house…no thank you! If you are local to Northwest Arkansas, anyone can rent out their party room for events to save you from the hassle. If you aren’t local consider renting a room at a restaurant to help make the party prep easier.
These gorgeous floral centerpieces were provided from Eden’s Flower Truck and honestly, goals! I couldn’t make this beautiful of an arrangement if I tried!
No party is complete without a balloon garland. They are pretty inexpensive, you can make them yourself and it’s a total showstopper and 100% Instagram-able. Check out my blog here on how to make a balloon garland in less than an hour!
This paper heart garland is so easy to make and looks absolutely stunning hanging from the ceiling above a table.
We hung some metallic streamers on the wall layered on top in different shades of pink, red and silver which makes the perfect photo spot.
Menu
It’s no surprise that I am no Betty Crocker, so I outsourced cinnamon rolls and scones to one of my favorite local bakeries, Fork and Crust. I then complemented it with a dessert grazing board and a knock-off “Nothing Bundt” Cake from Walmart for less than $10!
Bubbly Bar
No brunch is complete without mimosas! I had two different types of wine from Risata Wines, Pink Moscato and Moscato d’Asti with of course orange juice!
I also partnered with Sprinkled With Pink to have the most adorable personalized champagne flutes for each girl. I then topped each drink off with the cutest lip acrylic stir sticks from Acrylic Sticks.
Party Favors
Lastly, everyone loves a good party favor so Sprinkled With Pink gave each girl a custom jute tote with their monogram on it and I filled with Valentine’s Day goodies. Each girl on a body scrub from Urban Bath and Body Company, Share the Love Journal from Erin Condren, and a koozie and a bandana from Kendra Scott.
Cheers to Galentine’s Day girls! Celebrate the ones you love and the girl bosses in your life!

I laughed when you said. Nothing is worse than hosting a party at your house. You’re so right. Getting every ready and then tearing everything down. This post is everything I hoped it’d be and more. I love everything about it!! So girly

Truly there is nothing worse! I will always opt for a venue instead of my house! I am so glad you loved this post!
