Since I’ve been heading back into the office and now that Spring has sprung I’ve been on a major shopping kick. I am really looking at investing in pieces I know I will love for years to come and will also be functional for multiple areas in my life from work to casual to date night. I also went a little crazy because to be hoenst a lot of Spring clothes are getting a little snug from the COVID weight I put on so I thought I needed a little refresh!
Below is a recap of everything I’ve recently purchased in the last two weeks or so!
Recently Purchased Recap
I know what you are thinking, wow that’s a lot of money spend! J.Crew is ALWAYS on sale, like serously never pay full price for anything at J.Crew. All of this was an additional 60% off the sale price so in total I paid about $250 for 4 work tops, 2 cashmere wraps (great for cold offices), one dress, a headband, two pairs of shoes, and a pack of scrunchies.
Here’s a look at how I’ve worn some of these pieces already!
J.Crew Factory is one of my go-to shops because they are affordable and classics. I really wanted a flared style white jeans and picked up a few others things. My favorite thing from this order is the ruffle collar chambray button-down.
Here’s a look at the red-orange blouse with the white jeans!
As I mentioned on my stories I picked up a few workwear basics. I grabbed this blouse in two colors because it was on sale and it similar to my favorite work blouse.
I splurged on this leather work backpack and I’m obsessed! It comes in 3 other color options and fits a lot of things. I love that it’s functional and still professional.
Lastly, I also splurged on these Birdies because I was in the market for some new leopard calf hair shoes because they are a staple for me. I have been wanting a pair of Birdies for a while now and they are SO worth the price. They are so comfortable to wear and had no break in time!
I just ordered these items, so they haven’t come in yet but this basic black top seems like a no-brainer worktop. I also saw this short set on TikTok and immediately ordered it!
Once these goodies come in I’ll do a try-on session on IG!
Last up I didn’t actually purchase these myself but I still wanted to share. I was previously a member of the Infinitely Loft program which has recently been sunsetted and they reached out and offered me to choose a few items to thank me for my loyalty. Since I could choose anything I wanted to go with some things I didn’t want to buy myself or things I wouldn’t typically spend the money on.
First up is this suit set and it’s so fun! I’m going to share a full blog soon but I really like it!
This dress just screamed Easter so I wanted to add this to my list.
Last up, these shorts caught my eye because they seemed to be a good length. I’m still up in the air on my thoughts but they are a good option for longer non-distressed shorts.
